Securely pack the electronic components in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
